Eight Wellesley Swimmers Earn NEWMAC All-Academic HonorsWellesley College Swimming and Diving is pleased to announce that eight of it’s athletes have been named to the NEWMAC 2010 Winter Academic All-Conference Team. With these eight awards Wellesley College ranks as the second most decorated school on the 2010 Winter Academic All-Conference Team behind only MIT with 10 nominations. On November 21st, 2009 the Wellesley College Swimming & Diving team will be putting on the 2009 Wellesley Swim Clinic. Swimming Lessons Ending for Spring/Summer 2010Wellesley College Swimming and Diving will be suspending our swimming lesson program for the rest of the Spring/Summer 2010 season. Those currently taking swim lessons will finish out their 5/10 lesson sessions however no new lessons will be started. We would like to thank all of our wonderful participants and hope that you will resume the aquatic education of your young ones next fall. Registration for swimming lessons will resume next September when our talented and enthusiastic instructors return from their summer adventures.
