Swimmers -- Here is your chance to learn from Olympic Swimmers and Coaches!
On November 21st, 2009 the Wellesley College Swimming & Diving team will be putting on the 2009 Wellesley Swim Clinic. This clinic will feature instruction from former Olympic Gold Medalist BJ Bedford Miller and National Team Coach Jonty Skinner.
Take the opportunity to learn stroke mechanics, proper technique, goal settings, and mental training techniques from the individuals who have been where you want to go! Join us on November 21st, 2009 for the Wellesley Swim Clinic with BJ Bedford Miller and Jonty Skinner and maximize your speed, endurance, technique, and mental focus.
Camp participants will receive the following:
Stroke Instruction and Demonstration from former Olympic Gold Medalist BJ Bedford Miller
Stroke Instruction and Coaching Tips/Techniques from National Team Coach Jonty Skinner
Lectures on Athletic Intelligence and Mental Training
Question and Answer Sessions with the Special Guests
Photo and Autograph Opportunities
